My role is to help facilitate your healing journey by focusing on your particular situation and needs. The first step will be to meet and see if we are a good fit.
The modality I use will depend on your needs and goals. Everyone has inherent strength and my job is to work with you so that you are able to see it in yourself and begin to live your life from that place of strength and health. One of the wonderful things about working with people is recognizing and embracing differences; consequently, the therapeutic approach must also be flexible and customized to the client.

The first step will be to meet and see if we are a good fit. The modality I use depends on your particular needs and goals. We will identify treatment goals at the outset and monitor progress to ensure symptoms are lessening.
I believe that every person has a right to competent, affordable health care, including mental health support and therapy. Toward that end, we need to eliminate barriers to access wherever possible. If finances are an issue, please inquire about sliding scale and other options.
